Gift Card FAQ
Can the same gift card be used online and in one of the VCC Coffee Houses?
No.
The Webstore E-Gift Card can only be used on this website to purchase online products.
The Coffee House E-Gift Card can only used at our retail locations.
Will I be mailed a tangible gift card?
No. For the Webstore E-Gift Card, either you or your recipient (depending on what you choose) will get emailed a digital gift card with a unique code. This code can be used at checkout to redeem the gift card's value through our webstore.
For the Coffee House E-Gift Card, a QR code will be sent via email or text to you or your recipient depending on what you choose. These QR codes can ONLY be used at our retail locations.
If you would like a tangible gift card, you can purchase those at any of our retail locations.
How do I check my gift card balance?
For Webstore E-Gift Cards: Click the "View Card Balance" button in the original email sent when the card was issued.
For Coffee House E-Gift Cards: Go to this link (also found in the footer of our website), and enter in the card number found in your original email. You can also add value to your card at this same location.
