Tolima is a well-known coffee-producing region in Colombia, and this lot comes from the growing areas around Ibague. Pergamino Coffee
Exporters works with around 50 growers who bring their coffee to a
logistics partner in Ibague where there's a warehouse and cupping lab. Each lot is analyzed for quality and consistency before being added into the export shipments.

The result is a medium roast that balances sweetness with approachable complexity. Brown butter richness grounds the cup. Pecan nuttiness adds depth.
