Foxfire

The Foxfire Blend is a blend of two exceptional coffees from Ethiopia's Daye Bensa Farm, nestled in the heart of Shantawene Village, Sidama Bensa.

• 70% Washed Shantawene: This coffee undergoes the traditional washed process, where the coffee beans are first cleaned to remove the fruity mucilage before drying. The result is a clean, vibrant profile that forms the backbone of the Foxfire blend.
  
• 30% Gatta Honey: Adding depth and sweetness, this coffee is processed using the honey processing method. After depulping, the beans are dried with their sticky mucilage intact, developing complex, fruit-forward notes to the coffee.
