The Bressani family has tended Finca San Jeronimo Miramar for over a century — and to call it a coffee farm would be selling it short. Alongside some of the finest coffee grown in Guatemala, the farm is home to jersey dairy cows, honeybees, and exotic tropical fruits. Above it all sits a protected natural forest reserve, and it's no decoration: the farm's volcanic terrain feeds its natural freshwater springs and powers the entire processing facility through hydroelectric energy. 

Vienna has had the privilege of sourcing from Finca San Jeronimo since 2014, and this single-varietal Catuai is a true reflection of what the farm does well. It's the kind of coffee that makes the story behind it easy to believe.
