Every fall, Vienna Coffee Company brings back Red Roaster Blend, a seasonal favorite named for the small, red roaster our founder John Clark used to start roasting coffee in his garage back in 2002, the humble beginning that grew into our Roastery, cafes, and wholesale program today. This year's blend combines beans from Ethiopia, Mexico, and Tanzania for a coffee with tasting notes of chocolate, blackberry, and lemon. It’s a perfect companion for crisp fall mornings and chilly evenings. Available September through November only, it's our way of honoring where we started while also celebrating where we're headed.
Join us as we explore 3-4 coffees in our curated cupping. This full sensory class is great way to learn more about where the coffee is grown, how to "taste" the nuances of coffee (think wine tasting), and how terroir, processing, and brewing affect the flavor.
